Spanaway UMC helps staff the Spanaway Food Bank at Spanaway Lutheran Church every fourth week. Our Congregation also collects funds and pantry items to help supply the food bank. Click on the link below to learn more about the Food Bank.
The Food Bank is in dire need of some donations: Oatmeal (non-instant), Rice, Beans, soups (vegetable & noodle kinds), ramen (packs, not cup-of-noodles), rice-a-roni & pasta-a-roni. Items like rice & beans can be donated as bulk bags since food bank volunteers bag them individually afterwards.
